The ultimate on-demand child-and- home-care service provider platform, that is a one-stop-shop created for parents by parents.

Service providers offering their services on the platform goes through a registration process which includes identity verification and a criminal background check. Successfully verified service providers will be able to setup their service offerings.

The service offerings include: Babysitting, Au pair, Tutoring, Pet Sitting/Walking, House Sitting, House Cleaning. Some offerings require specific mandatory certification.

The user-friendly interface allows parents to indicate their specific service requirements. All available Heroes (Service Providers) matching these requirements are then listed. Parents will be able to view each Heroes profile information which includes a short Bio, previous ratings and any certification.

Once a preferred Hero is selected, the Hero is notified in real time of the booking request. When accepted, the parent and hero can start communicating on the in-app messaging service.

During live sessions, in-app chatting remains active and the location of the Hero can be tracked for extra peach of mind.

All session history is saved on both the parents and Heroes profile.

In short, Family Hero aims to put back the hours in any busy parent’s day. With the power to summon an on-demand nanny, tutor or sitter at the touch of a button via our mobile app.
